What to EXPECT & bring
WHAT TO EXPECT / BRING
- $900 deposit for Travel Teams (14-18's), $700 deposit for Select and Local Teams (only collected if position is offered after tryouts. NON REFUNDABLE ONCE ACCEPTED) CASH OR CHECK. Credit Cards are accepted but there is a 3.5% fee added.
- Player Agreement must be completed online prior to tryouts - player cannot tryout without completing the player agreement
- Stellar Waiver must be completed online prior to tryouts - ONLY if you did not play with us this past season.
- We will have a short parent meeting in the lobby once tryouts begin to go over the process and answer any questions. We utilize a closed tryout format; however, parents will have the ability to view tryouts via Sporfie streaming, while not present. Parent will be allowed back in the facility for the last :30 minutes of tryouts.
- The Sporfie ap will need to be downloaded on a device and a tryout code will be provided during the parent meeting that day.
- At the conclusion of tryouts the Club Director will call players tryout numbers by team to meet their coaches, sign acceptance and pay the deposit.
- No Outside Food or Drinks - personal water bottles acceptable.
- *Walk Up Registration available. Walk Up Tryout Fee is $75 at the door (NON REFUNDABLE).

We will collect $900 (for Travel Teams (14-18's) and $700 for Select and Local teams upfront to confirm positions on the teams. This is collected the day of your player's tryout.
Forms for deposit payments are Cash, Checks or Zelle (all Credit Card payments will have a 3.5% fee added.)
- Deposits are part of the overall dues for the season. By accepting your spot on one of our teams, you are taking away that position for someone else.
- Please be aware that your commitment is taken seriously, and we expect ALL parties to stick to their full season, once accepted. PLEASE do not accept a position and then go try out at another club. That disrupts the entire team selected and makes forming teams impossible. Thank You
